I've always loved the cherubs from Raphael's famous painting. Their child-like expressions reveal that they are deep in thought, perhaps contemplating their next move or their next mischief. So, often we too are frozen in a contemplative state, unsure of what our next move should be. Sometimes we simply need direction.
As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help children, adolescents and families find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
Blending cognitive, neuro-linquistic and behavioral approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths, secure positive relationships and make meaningful behavioral change.
